Unusual cut-to-frost textured crystal Sasaki bowl, signed by artist, in a fractured modern cubist-style design. The outside of the bowl is textured in that the design results from cutting into the clear surface and leaving frosted inset geometric forms. The wall of the bowl, consistent with the block design, is half-inch thick, with occasional slots in the top rim wall as part of the design. Outside diameter at top rim is 7.25 inches. Height is about 4 inches.

Weight is 3 lbs, 6 oz. Marked "SASAKI" in caps on base underside by perimeter. Signed by artist, in engraved script, on other side of base underside perimeter opposite the SASAKI mark.
