

The rim has traditional sawteeth and scallops with "coin edge" cutting. I have seen the pattern twice, one this bowl and a shallow 8 bowl I have. It is very similar to "Iris" by Niagara and a Known Straus pattern.
This is a 100+ year old bowl. I found No chips or fleabites or issues with any of the teeth around the rim. The inside and outside look good with no scratching.The outer pattern even looks good because normally you see little fleabites in fans but this one is not chipped on on the outside. This is the perfect design and shape for easel display.
