The pattern consists of hobstars, cane and fans and the lower footed area has horizontal vesicas of hobstars and crosshatching and both the upper and lower edges are notched. The measurements are 6" across the top, 3 3/8" tall, and the weight is 1 lb and 10 oz. The condition is Preowned and I examined the stand all over with a 10X magnifier and it is beautifully clear with notation of an inner rim base chip which I pictured from inside the base, on its base from the outside, and also on edge. There are very occasional minuscule edge flakes and very occasional minuscule rougness at the notches of the base and the top. Also there are very occasional very light rub marks and very occasional very light scratches on the top of the stand from being used or stored inverted like a bowl with attached base.
