Vintage Colored Crystal Footed Bowl. This beautiful large crystal bowl made in traditional European style (Bohemian Crystal) with pinwheel pattern. The process to create colored crystal is labor intensive and requires a lot of manual craftsmanship. The plain crystal glass item dipped into melted colored crystal glass and then manually with tools cutout the upper colored layer of glass to show the underneath clear crystal layer with specific pattern.

It is not an easy task. Naturally colored crystal vase are heavy, but fragile.

This vase is a really nice piece and can be a great addition to your home decor or can be used at a dinner table for service of room temperature foods. (Hot food or drink can create cracks in crystal glass).

Excellent condition no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing, discoloration or any sign of damage. Some air bubbles in crystal glass are natural appear during production. We didnt find any , but we could simply overlook.

Also some asymmetry in pattern is permissible because decoration is a complicated handmade process described above. (We didnt find any either at this piece). Really remarkable high quality piece. See photos for more details. This is a beautiful addition to your collection!
