Ceiling Light An Antique Victorian Cut Crystal Glass Acorn Pendant & Gallery
An Antique and beautifully cut glass Acorn Antique Ceiling Light. The lampshade is a classic Antique design and dates from the late 19th Century. The shade has an Acorn shape with an array of various quality cut decorations to the outside of the polished clear crystal finish. The shade is made from lovely crystal glass which provides a great lighting effect in use.
The light is offered with its original heavy cast brass 3 screw gallery. Also supplied is a Vintage and non original but sympathetic heavy brass ceiling rose.
The light is fitted with a quality earthed BC bulb holder that has a built in cord grip and a length of gold 3 core earthed wiring. There is also a cord grip fitted at the ceiling rose which can be used to adjust the hanging drop if required. Glass lampshade and gallery Age is approx.
Late 1800s Glass Diameter is 13 Cm x Pendant Height is 23 Cm to the top of the cord grip - Max drop is 152 Cm - Rose diameter is 10 Cm Please see my photos for the best description. Condition is very good, there are a few small age & use marks. Tarnish marks to the rose and gallery.
No cracks or major damage to the glass. NOTE - The shade has a small polished out chip at its tip which does not notice in use - Please see my last image. Again please see my images for details.
