This is a Beautifully cut Water Beverage Carafe. (squat shape with amazing step neck). Measure: 7-1/2" tall, 3" wide top rim. And the body is about 7 wide.

It is from the American brilliant period, (late 1800's to 1920) which is over 100 years old now! This blank is great being a squat shape with a rather flared top rim. The neck is amazing with its paneled shape and totally cut with the step cutting. The Harvard pattern is large!

I have never seen such a large Cane grid with such huge Hobs. It is actually quite unique and stunning in its own right. Bottom is finished with the rayed star.

Condition: This is 100+ years old by now, so for it's age it is in good condition. There is no rim chip and the pattern looks good as I think I may have found only 1 tiny fleabite in the pattern around the side where these are usually found banged/chewed up these days.

The inside is pretty clean too, not cloudy with a few little marks that should rinse out. The bottom is scuffed and scratched from age which is common. Therefore it will be treated as such. I pack to survive, but if they break it I will need pictures to file the claim online. However, shippers do not just honor claims online anymore with the photo's only- now they tend to ask for an inspection of the item.
