Excellent, just slight surface wear on bottom of foot. Measurements: 7 3/4" high 2 3/4" diameter This crystal goblet was produced in France by Baccarat between 1909 and 1910. It is identified as R-65. The goblet is also known as a "hock wine" used for white wines from the Rhine region of Germany.
The crystal is hand blown with a layer of purple glass on the bowl. It is intaglio cut or carved with a pattern of textured raspberries, leaves and vines. The cutting is refined and polished. The stem is cut with a fancy knob and panels The foot is engraved with leafy vines. The goblet has a lovely, bell like ring when tapped. The goblet is well balanced and will deliver a elegant drinking experience. The Post Office requires this.
