Brilliant American Cut ELEANOR aka PINWHEEL Decanter 20 Tall with Long Neck. Made between 1897 and 1914 by American Cut Glass Co.
By WC Anderson and closed its doors in 1914. The bottom is rounded down to a flat base with a spinning pinwheel with star centers on. Each side has 2 criss cross cuts with a small criss cross in center. There are fan cuts bottom and top, with top having three deep cuts with three lighter cuts in between. The neck is long and surrounded with multiple thumbnail cuts.
