This is an Antique 19th Century Baccarat Cut Crystal Box or Casket with Claw Feet. The box has a bronze frame with beautiful, faceted cut crystal by Baccarat. The box will lock; the key is included. This one features "claw" or "Paw" feet at each corner of the box. It measures about 4" x 4" x 3 and it weighs over 2.6 lbs by itself as the crystal is thick. It is in good condition with some wear from age including some rust spots on the frame and lock. It appears it was exposed to water or moisture at some point. It is marked made in France.
