American Brilliant Period Heavy Sharp Deep Cut Crystal Bowl 10 x 3.5 ABP

This is a Large, gorgeous Rare cut glass bowl. Great design for display that collectors love, sparkles like a diamond! Heavy Low Bowl Measure: 10" wide by 3.5" tall. It is from the American brilliant period, (late 1800's to 1915) which is over 100 years old now! Condition: There is a chip or flake on the underside rim of the bowl.

It is on the inside lip of the bowl, underneath the curved lip, so I actually missed it the first time I examined the bowl. Due to the many reflective surfaces it is hard to see and it was difficult to photograph, but for my attempt to photograph it, please see photos 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14. It is a flake off of the surface of the inside rim encompassing two of the teeth and terminating in a line just below the point where the teeth start. Photos 10, 11 and 12 are close-ups of this flake, photo 13 puts the flake into perspective on the larger view of the bowl, and photo 14 is the flake from the outside os the bowl, showing how I initially missed this. There is no crack through the glass.

There are also a couple of minimal flea bites along a couple of sawtooth edges. It is incredibly difficult to see the fleabites or tiny chips on the teeth, and I had difficulty photographing, but see photo 15 for the tooth with the most damage (center of image). There are three or for other teeth with fleabites, very difficult to photograph, see photo 16 for an example of what they are like. Very minor movement marks on base.

Very effort is made to disclose condition via photos, please see images and request any additional images you may need. Vintage and Antique items are old and used so they may show wear and/or manufacturers imperfections.

Colors may appear slightly different due to the nature of color variation from monitor to monitor. Any white spots on image are reflections from camera flash. I will reflect any damages, repairs, obvious stress marks, crazing or heavy wear in the item description but some minor scratches, nicks, stains and gilt disintegration can be normal for vintage items and need to be taken into account.
