All crystal glasses are crafted In Ireland and have the etched Waterford marks on the base. Each pings nicely when tapped. The crystal is super shiny, clear, and in Pristine (LIKE NEW) Condition: No chips, cracks, scratches, discoloration, water stains, or cloudiness. They appear to have never been used. The King and Queen were so charmed by the crystal service that they ordered the set to be displayed at Cheltenham castle. Today, the name Waterford is synonymous with fine quality crystal.
