This is one elegant Compote. Measure: Compote is 9" tall by 6" wide. It is from the American brilliant period, (late 1800's to 1920 roughly) which is over 100 years old now! This is the "Corsair" pattern by Blackmer. It can be seen in the c.

218 comport with the cut stem. This has a Great geometric pattern of 16 point hobstars, miter accents, hexad hobnails & fan motifs. Its a quality design on a quality clear blank. There is a faceted stem with a beautiful cut punty detailing the length of the stem.. Hobstar cut base and a ripple rim to top it off.

Condition: This is 100+ years old. But this one is in good condition for its age. I see no top rim chips, or unsightly wear. Minor age scratches are common on base and typical patina- no one notices these. This is a very sparkly & clear quality blank- fully blown and not figured.

Therefore it will be treated as such. I pack to survive, but if they break it I will need pictures to file the claim online.
