This is a lovely cut glass Bowl. This is the triangular 3 sided bowl with the rim crimping inward on the 3 sided. Measures: 8-1/2" wide by 8-1/4" wide. This is from the American Brilliant period (1870 to 1920's).
This is an earlier cut pattern called "Brazilian" by Hawkes co. It is a very thick & heavy blank bowl, fully blown with best quality. Condition: It is over 100 years old. Minor scratches from age but the bottom from age which is normal patina. You may find some micro contact nips hidden in the pattern which is common from age.
No chips around the the top rim and it looks fabulous with chipping. This bowl is a great piece for display.
