1983 Beautiful Franklin Crystal Ger Cut/Clear Cobalt Decanter & 6 Stem Glasses
This is a magnificent Decanter set which is marked on the stopper and each glass, 83 FC Germany. The FC is for Franklin Crystal and the HB initials are for the designer. The beautiful pattern is named Stars of Midnight, and the set was made in 1983. It presents in excellent condition with just one very minor rough spot on the stopper. This is not at all serious as I can honestly tell you that you can't even see it; you can only vaguely feel it. Otherwise, I can assure you that all 6 glasses and the Decanter are perfect in every way. This set glistens and shimmers with all the wonderful after affects of beautiful Cut Crystal. The cobalt coloring is stunning, and stands out with an elegant flair. Each glass stands 8 and a 1/2 in tall, the Decanter stands 16 in with the stopper in place, and the total weight of all 7 pieces is approximately 8 pounds. On display, these pieces are spectacular.
