These were on an American Empire Mahogany Chest of Drawers I acquired in central Ohio. Solid brass with pressed glass knobs inlaid in the brass.
Beautiful multifaceted glass face with detailed incising at edges. Some knobs have chips in the glass, the mirrored backing behind the glass also has some age related tarnish.
A rare find, these are "survivors" in every sense of the word. Diameter of Face of Knob... Diameter of Base of Knob... 1 1/2(one knob shaft is 1 1/4).
