This is a Very rare Huge set of (12) Champagne /. Measure: 4-3/4" tall by 3-1/2" wide top rim. Base is 2-1/2" wide and 1/2" thick! It is from the American brilliant period, (late 1800's to 1920) which is over 100 years old now! This set was made by Pairpoint.
This is a documented Pattern but very rare. These have the Square base stem 5000, the cut pattern is "Gloucester". Its a very Georgian style cutting and very elegant. These are bold- they made a whole line of this stemware if you can find the matches.Its the same stem the used for #5000 Adelaide, Asbury, no. 33, Monroe, and Flutes & Mitres. Condition: This cut glass is over 100 years old. Therefore it will be treated as such.
I pack to survive, but if they break it I will need pictures to file the claim online. However, shippers do not just honor claims online anymore with the photo's only- now they tend to ask for an inspection of the item.
