10 Plate Tray American brilliant cut glass crystal Hawkes Signed Portland RARE

This is an Antique cut glass serving plate / tray. Put it in an easel for display! Measures: 10" wide by 1-3/8" tall at the rim. The rim angles out and up at the edge.

This could fit a 6-1/2 cheese dome if desired. It is from the American brilliant period, (late 1800's to 1915). Which is over 100 years old now! This one is signed in center "Hawkes" (trefoil mark).

The was cut in the pattern "Portland". Well Documented piece and pattern. This is a Rare larger size you never find anywhere! Condition: This is over 120 years..

The teeth around the rims has some of the invisible nips and also a few teeth have tiny fleabites, and small fleabites- but all of the teeth are present and none of the teeth are so damaged that it is obvious because the original shape of the teeth are intact. I will put stickers in the close up pictures for the visible fleabites to point the out to you. Front flat surface has some fine scratching that is also typical from age. I do not see any chips in the pattern area on back that touches the table so it is not beat up in the pattern and displays great in an easel up right.
