This is a lovely Larger size cut glass Bowl. Measures: 8 wide top rim. This is from the American Brilliant period (1870 to 1920's). This is the "Clifton" pattern by Koh-i-noor co.

This is a documented pattern in the catalog for this company. It is the only piece I have seen in 20 years in this pattern, note the unique design with the prism cross/sunburst and the additional geometrics cut everywhere else, great Hobstar cluster in the center instead of a traditional single Hobstar. This is also a good quality glass blank, it is thicker and heavier with great clarity and the teeth are well cut...

Update: In case there is confusion over this info, there was a company called Koh-i-noor, I have uploaded the cover of the catalog to prove they exist and the correct photo from the catalog to show the pattern info matches my listing : It is a company that is not often known by novice collectors but they existed in Chicago Illinois run by Richard Murr. The word "Koh-i-noor" is thrown around loosely in ABP terminology. It is a company name like in this situation, it is also the name a specific pattern, and it is also the name of a specific motif cutting which Hawkes used a lot in their designs.

Condition: It is over 100 years old. During inspection of the rim, I saw no obvious chips or nips, but I did find 2 of the typical microscopic "contact nips" that no one sees right next to each other. It is still a gorgeous bowl for display-this one is on a thicker & heavier blank with great light refraction so it is a good quality piece too.
